3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.

• Technical issue on our side that prevents product delivery, and we are unable to provide a working product after support.

4. Refund Process

5. Payment Gateway Responsibility
